every time i talk to my dad on the phone, lola wanders over, starts purring frantically, and attempts to rub her entire body all over the phone. it is kind of adorable; no other caller prompts such a reaction from this normally indifferent cat. today, i was talking to my dad on the phone and once again, lola started to french kiss the phone. i told my dad about her behavior and he smugly replied, "well of course! she gets excited when she hears my voice because she knows that nobody loves her as much as i do."
boy is he going to make a great grandfather!
