I've been trying to figure out how to get Lola and Mini to eat out of separate dishes, and I think the problem has finally worked itself out. After weeks of Lola persistently growling when Mini would come over to eat out of the same bowl, Lola finally realized she would have to resort to more extreme measures. As Mini blithely kept chowing down on the canned food, Lola munched a treat off the floor and contemplated her next move. After simultaneously putting Mini in a headlock and giving me a pained-yet-endearing glare, results were quickly seen. A second dish, right next to Lola's, restored love in the household.
