after weeks of contemplating a kitty bitty blog, i have finally been inspired to do so after returning from the emergency room with little mini. her fever rose to 105.6 after coming home, but upon last exam (rectal exam, mind you) she's down to 103.4. of course, in the midst of the good news of the temperature decline, i must deal with the fact that lola now does not recognize her wee little sister. mini smells like all sorts of different cats, dogs, and who knows what -- lola's mind is trying to sort this all out while she hisses, growls, and is generally rude to the little patient.
